WWE: 7 Things That Will Ruin WrestleMania 30 For Me
3. Speaking Of Diddy
I've read rumours of Bray Wyatt's entrance theme "Live In Fear" being performed live by artist Mark Crozer. This could make for an extra-chilling walk down that aisle, and I hope that it being such a low-key song does not get it lost in the huge stadium setting.
There has often been a place for live musical performances at Mania. From special guests singing "America The Beautiful", to full-on musical interludes from the likes of Limp Bizkit, to artists "playing out" wrestlers during entrances, some of these musical choices have brought a festive air to the event. Many have proved to be straight-up misplaced crap.
If you're using music as a palate cleanser between intense matches, just one song will do. If you've carefully selected an artist who should appeal to the majority of the fans, and whose performance will resonate right up to the cheap seats, STILL JUST ONE SONG IS FINE. I don't want Diddy's self-proclaimed greatest hits in all their full-length glory. I'm not even sure I want Diddy.
