WWE: 7 Ways To Reinvent Randy Orton After WrestleMania 30

3. Use Him To Elevate Deserving Midcarders

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPN3epxGiHA When you're a 12-time WWE/World Heavyweight Champion like Randy Orton is, you have as much credibility as anybody on the roster. He's one of the biggest names not only in WWE right now, but in WWE history as well. There are a number of babyface wrestlers on the roster that would benefit from working with Orton. Some names that quickly come to mind are Roman Reigns, Big E and soon to be babyface Cesaro. By working with Orton, all of them would become bigger stars. Who else is he going to work with? He's feuded with the likes of John Cena and Sheamus so many times that I hope I never see another match between them. Use Orton to make the younger guys bigger stars. It would be worthwhile. The concern with having Orton work with midcarders on the rise is that he might lose his focus or possibly not try as hard. It's one of those things where you have to know the performer and whether or not that person is going to be dedicated all the time no matter who they're in a feud with. However, as somebody in his mid-30s you would think that he has matured to the point that he'll give it his all every single time he's in a match. You can't be a jerk all your life. He has to show the maturity to realize that even though he's not headed down, he can be used to make others appear at his level.
