WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (April 10)
6. Kalisto Takes The Fall
If you take a good, long look at the tag team known as the Lucha Dragons, you will notice that there are two members. One man is a replacement for a gimmick that never got over in the first place, and the other is a young guy currently holding the US Title. If you were WWE and needed one of those guys to take a pinfall in a match, which one would you choose?
At WrestleMania, WWE gave us Kalisto defeating Ryback cleanly. They could have made it seem like a big deal, and started pushing him as a giant killer. This match, however, was forgotten by Raw as Kalisto wasnt even on the show. Neither was Ryback. No promos. Nothing.
What makes it so bad is that Kalisto took the pin on SmackDown to two guys who Vince McMahon will soon lose interest in and push as the 2016 version of Tyler Breeze or The Ascension.
