WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Feb 28)

3. The Dull Edge Show

I loved Edge and Christian€™s humor when I was in high school. Along with Mick Foley, and Kurt Angle they cracked me up on a weekly basis. However, their humor has not aged well. Was it always this bad? Or did they get worse? Kazoos were funny at one time...right? At Fastlane, The Cutting Edge Peep Show returned featuring a gigantic mess of characters that didn€™t fit, and humor that didn€™t connect. We were left not knowing who the hell to cheer for, or who to boo, so the entire segment played out like a good thing to hate on. What were they trying to accomplish here? It was two good guys having three bad guys on their show, who then called out four other bad guys. Were we supposed to cheer The League of Nations to beat up The New Day, or vice versa? It seems like a bad set up for some sort of WrestleMania showdown to go down, as New Day took a dig at The League again on SmackDown. This Reek of Awesomeness stuff reeks so bad I€™m more likely to cancel my subscription than willingly watch their show!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
