I’ve thought a bit about it, and I seriously could not come up with an episode of Raw that had a worse hook to it in the opening moments than “Stephanie McMahon gives Mick Foley his performance review.”

It’s amazing how tone deaf this company continues to be. The ratings keep falling, and yet Steph continues to be the most important figure on the show. If she was any sort of draw we would have figured that out in 2001. The entire thing didn’t make sense anyway, because Foley's review hinged on whether Undertaker would show up on Raw. That sounds nice and all, except that they forgot he was already announced for the show, so really, that’s on The Dead Man if he doesn’t show up.

How would a Foley review have gone anyway? Maybe tone it down on screaming all the time, stop screwing up the names of the town you’re in and maybe wear semi-respectable clothes to work once in awhile? Other than that, aces!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie.
