Finn Balor. Finn? Balor? What the? What is a Finn Balor? And what happened to Triple H recently saying that popular incoming talent from the indy scene would be keeping their names? Hideo Katami and Finn the Human beg to differ. Well, Prince Devitt has been named, and he is now Finn. If WWE wants to appeal to countries around the world then why are they changing the names of their well-known wrestlers? That didnt work out so well for Sin Cara, no matter how many times Michael Cole told us that he had a comic book based on him in Mexico. So what does WWE want us to chant? Finn? Or Balor? I guess Finn is slightly better than Devitts real name of Fergal, but whats wrong with Finn Devitt? Or how about just Devitt? Cant we keep some part of what we grew to love? With Hideo and Finn, Id start getting really worried if I was Kevin Steen. Here WWE, Ill do your work for you, and come up some generic names for him! Kevin Anderson, Kevin Johnson, Kevin McAllister, Kevin Arnold, Melvin, or Chilly McFreeze. Theyre all yours!
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
