An altogether less divisive elevation from relative obscurity, Breezango's sudden leap into title contention has been largely well-received by most sections of the audience.

In arenas, their short matches are greeted with requisite appreciation for their polished and composed displays, but responses to their side-splitting 'Fashion Files' vignettes have been substantially more visceral.

Both have shone in comedic roles previously, with Fandango in particular still a cult favourite from his time as an ensemble cast member on the alternate universe NXT Redemption show that was shelved in 2012, and Breeze similarly beloved for his outstanding run on the Full Sail version of the show.

Their material has been suitably silly, but the two perform with gusto, have terrific chemistry, and benefit from enough throwaway lines per segment to command multiple rewatches. Littered with visual gags to match, the segments have provided a series of easter eggs for fans to spot in the background, which ironically keeps more attention on the performers themselves.

As a result, a loss to a similarly reinvigorated Jimmy and Jey Uso may be the worst possible outcome for the Fashion Police. They are both the setup and punchline of their own joke, but when they back it up between the ropes, laughter generally turns into cheers. Even a short reign would permanently promote them beyond mere buffoonery.
