One of the fascinating things about DVD releases like this are the insights we get into backstage behaviour. We see several scenes that reveal the inner workings of WWE and the bustle of producing a live pay per view show. In one shot you see Triple H on the Rumble stage before the show, wearing a headset he is clearly the man directing how the event will run. Batista is actually quite timid coming back to WWE, nervous at meeting the new talents. Thankfully there are a range of veterans backstage to welcome him back. We see The Animal reunited with Ric Flair and also chatting away with Shawn Michaels. John Bradshaw Layfield sees him for the first time and says "Hi Dave". Then there's the younger talents who we see bonding with Batista, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose picking the veterans brain in one scene. There's also an exchange with Ryback, who Batista calls "the young Batista". This wealth of insider footage is really enjoyable, it's just a shame that WWE decided to stop running with this project once Batista turned heel. It would have been brilliant if this documentary had ran all the way to WrestleMania 30.
