Due to the WWE Draft, The Club will be split for a while. AJ Styles heads to SmackDown, whereas Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson will ply their trade on Raw. Not-so-ironically, John Cena - AJ's current major rival - is also on the blue brand each week. This suggests their issues are far from settled.

If anything, Cena's return win at Battleground only keeps things rolling. Now, Cena and AJ have one win each over the other man on pay-per-view. SummerSlam may be the event to settle the score and determine who is the better man, all that good stuff. At Battleground, it was Cena who was left celebrating.

It was no accident that Cena only managed to beat Styles by using a top rope Attitude Adjustment. That's something the heel can point to in coming weeks, saying that he demands another shot at WWE's poster boy one-on-one.

Unless WWE have other grand plans for both, that looks plausible. As for right now, it's Cena who had the last laugh at Battleground. That was the last time for the foreseeable future that The Club will all team together, and he beat them.
