10. Eric Young

Eric Young didn't waste a single second following his non-compete clause's expiration.

Returning to IMPACT Wrestling, the promotion that first made him a star, EY immediately entered the title picture as a mystery participant in the Slammiversary main event. He couldn't win that night but didn't have to wait much longer to get hold of the belt, taking it away from Eddie Edwards before dropping it to Rich Swann in a heated, personal feud.

Young has since formed the Violent by Design stable with Deaner, Joe Doering, and Rhino, though his run just hit a roadblock. A torn ACL means EY now faces 6-9 months on the sidelines, having gotten hurt while wrestling James Storm in the Cowboy's 1,000th IMPACT/TNA match.
