WWE Elimination Chamber 2025: 7 Things That Must Happen

2. Logan Paul Breaks John Cena’s Heart

Diversions have popped up all over the shop on TV lately. CM Punk has been chin wagging with Logan Paul, and then there's the usual social media banter Drew McIntyre has employed to clown LP for even being involved in the lineup at Elimination Chamber. He stands out, sure, but it's a credit to Paul that everyone knows he'll fit right in and look slick during the actual match itself.

Look, an awful lot of people hate the thought of John Cena's last ever (in theory) WrestleMania match falling against Logan. That's understandable, but it doesn't need to define Cena's entire retirement run. Someone else sticks out as a better opponent for Cody Rhodes (whether or not The Rock ends up being involved to make it a Triple Threat, or Roman Reigns is shoehorned in to make it Fatal-4-Way!), which means JC fans might have to settle for Paul after all.

To get there, LP can avenge his Royal Rumble elimination in early-February by opportunistically pinning Cena following a McIntyre Claymore Kick, or something else equally as devastating. Some sort of high flying move from atop one of the Chamber pods would give Paul his usual views on socials afterwards, and it'd let WWE set up Logan vs. Cena one on one for April.

Seeing John have his heart broken on back to back PLEs may be too much for some to take, admittedly. Everybody let the Jey Uso Rumble win slide after a while, but Paul pinning Cena to eliminate him from the Chamber could cause a riot. Bring it on, then get to the match so John can bag one last 'Mania win in style.
