WWE Elimination Chamber 2025: 7 Things That Must Happen

1. CM Punk Wins The Men’s Chamber

It's an agonising choice between heartwarming John Cena retirement success story or giving CM Punk the WrestleMania main event he's always craved. Eventually, a choice was made here. Punk gets the Chamber win, and thus a match vs. Cody Rhodes at 'Mania 41, and Cena can win his record breaking 17th World Title later on in the year. At SummerSlam, or somewhere like that.

This must be Punk's night. Lord knows the dude's waited long enough.

Never getting to main event 'Mania was one of the many reasons why he grew tired of WWE life and left back in 2014. It wasn't the only reason, but it was tossed into the toxic mix as a frustrating add-on with numerous other things. Punk was knackered, sore and disheartened that the company might never view him as worthy of such a spot.

Who knew Triple H would be the one to make his dreams come true?! Win or lose vs. Cody (and whether or not others are involved to make it a multi-man), simply being there in the featured match closing out a WrestleMania show is everything to Punk. This is surely why he returned to WWE in the first place. It's unfinished personal business for him.

Nobody would begrudge seeing him score a guaranteed berth in the last match on the 'Mania night one or two cards by winning Chamber. Ideally, he survives a three-pronged assault of Seth Rollins, Logan Paul and old enemy Drew McIntyre to get there. Let the WrestleMania sign pointing commence yet again!
