4. WWE Tag Team Championship: The New Age Outlaws (c) vs. The Usos
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCKCySHn77Y Old School vs New School. That is how this match is being played off, at least by the commentary during last Monday Night Raw. You have your veteran five-time TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD going against the up and coming Usos. It has felt like the Usos have been up and coming for four years now. The reason is because they have been. Since debuting in the WWE, it has seemed like the Usos were destined to win the tag team titles sooner rather than later. But here we are, sooner has come and gone with no titles for them. It has been befuddling, but not too shocking. While the twin brothers have always been able to put on a quality match and remain semi-relevant, they haven't be able to get over with the audience. In the past few months, that has changed. No, I am not saying they are getting reactions to the level of John Cena, Cesaro, or Daniel Bryan. However, they have been able to become exciting and make me root for them more than ever. The reason to this isn't about a thing they did in against any opponent. It isn't about some message they sent to the WWE. It is about how they have matured in the ring. They have a smoothness to them now that just flows with the match. They have a connection that you can't point out, but know it is there. There time will come, but this is not it. Since winning the titles, the New Age Outlaws have had to answer many questions about being involved with the Authority and how they originally got their title match. With this message, it seems like they are supposed to be heels. However, since winning their titles, not counting a couple minors things they said such as ,"Why are we defending the titles tonight?", they have not done any heel acts, except for putting laxatives in Betty White's drink, which backfired for Road Dogg and ,especially, Billy Gunn. Look for them to hold onto the titles a little bit longer to increase their reputation with the Authority and define themselves as heels. The Usos will hold the titles by the beginning of May, but right now isn't the time for a transition. Prediction: The New Age Outlaws by pinfall after a missed Superfly Splash into a Fame-Ass-Er by Billy Gunn Odds: The New Age Outlaws-66%, The Usos-33%
