WWE Evolution: 10 Things That Must Happen
7. Sasha Banks Scores A Win For Her Team
Meanwhile, one Sasha Banks is writhing in perpetual agony as the forgotten face of Raw's female ranks, and it blows. Hard.
Two years ago, the 'Legit Boss' was making history with Charlotte Flair in the first ever women's Hell In A Cell match. She was main-eventing episodes of Raw, receiving rapturous responses from live crowds worldwide and strutting her stuff as one of WWE's premier stars. Now, she's as mid card as mid card can be.
Nobody else involved in this six-woman match is faring any better, so it wouldn't be a disaster if the match was even shorter than 10 minutes. Put it this way: it's hard to truly care about any multi-woman bout under the WWE umbrella. They're often painfully rushed and exist only so everyone can get their sh*t in.
Should Sasha pick up the win, WWE can pivot back to her jealousy story with Bayley or finally turn Natalya heel. Banks needs someone to feud with properly instead of killing time in a token spot on a pay-per-view she wouldn't be on if it wasn't all-female.
Time to get the boss back on track.
