Title change incoming.

Liv Morgan's SmackDown Women's Title reign has been a miserable watch. Her MITB ascension was fine, but that SummerSlam finish totally killed her chances of breaking out from the pack and becoming a success story. It also took an almighty dump on her relationship with the audience, which was a baffling error.

Meanwhile, Ronda Rousey has gone from disingenuous babyface with a painted-on fake smile to a genuine heel ass-kicker who is even starting to deliver decent promos on the mic. Being honest, she's the only choice to leave Extreme Rules with that belt, and WWE surely knows it.

There's way more value in an MMA-tinged feud between Ronda and Shayna Baszler than anymore Liv-related shenanigans. In fact, once she drops the prize, Morgan's character should start looking at things a little differently.

She's going nowhere in the underdog face role. Sorry, but it's true. Change is needed, and in more ways than one.
