8. Roman Reigns Is Still WWE United States Champion

Contrary to popular belief (from the man's detractors at least), Roman Reigns is a fine worker when he's positioned correctly against strong characters who can make his offensive moves look flawless. Rusev is exactly that man, he takes everything from Roman's Spear to his polarising Superman Punch in the best way imaginable.

Going into the pay-per-view, it seemed unlikely that Reigns would drop the WWE United States Title. The babyface in the feud against Rusev, Roman only captured the belt back at Clash Of Champions on September 25. There was simply no way he was losing it back to the man he defeated on that show at Hell In A Cell.

Ideally, WWE will now put a line under issues between Roman Reigns and Rusev. The pair have been at loggerheads for months now, it's time to move on to other challenges for both. Reigns will need another strong challenger for the title, that's without doubt.

For now, the divisive star remains United States Champ. It's hard to see that title coming off Reigns any time soon.
