WWE Hell In A Cell 2022: 10 Things That Must Happen

1. Cody’s SummerSlam Challenge

WWE Hell In A Cell 2022 Cody Rhodes
AEW/WWE

SummerSlam 1989 was Dusty's first WWF/WWE pay-per-view, and SummerSlam 2022 could be the night that his boy strives for greatness. Cody's entire story thus far has been geared towards honouring his father's legacy and doing him proud.

After beating Rollins inside HIAC, a bloodied and bruised Cody would be fired up and keen to stress that he's taking the next step. Grabbing the mic, Rhodes would reveal his intentions to win Money In The Bank and then challenge Roman Reigns at SummerSlam all in the same month.

This announcement would grab Sunday's pay-per-view some headlines and set WWE's stall out for the summer stretch. Everyone thinks that Drew McIntyre is taking the belt from Roman over in the UK come September, but adding some doubt to that wouldn't hurt.
