WWE Legend Says AEW Is "Flatlining"

A WWE legend has called for Tony Khan to take a long, hard look at AEW's product.

Eric Bischoff is no stranger to criticism when discussing AEW or All Elite boss Tony Khan on his weekly '83 Weeks' podcast, and now the WWE Hall Of Famer has come back for some more.

Bischoff didn't mince his words here either. The former WCW chief told listeners that AEW is "flatlining", and pointed to stalling TV ratings for weekly flagship Dynamite as a genuine worry. To Eric, Tony Khan should focus more on growing that audience (and securing an even more lucrative deal next time he's negotiating) than sniping at WWE.

During his pod, Bisch said: "If you're not growing, you're dying".

The former WWE man did point out that it's TK's right to not give a hoot what he says. However, Bischoff refuses to shy away from the situation whenever he's asked about AEW's current business or product. That's fair enough.

Previously, Eric and Tony had quite the war of words. Their back and forth lit up pro wrestling news sites and social media with all manner of quotes, and it seems that could start back up again if Khan catches wind of Bischoff's latest comments.
