Watching Randy Orton line up to face Jinder Mahal in what was essentially a super-duper hometown position - surrounded by legends and his father - it's a wonder anyone didn't expect to see him lose.

The inevitability doesn't make up for the fact that it was hugely frustrating - especially as it makes a mockery of the creative team...

The problem, of course, is that the match ended with a weak finish that made Orton look a little silly, and added to the hometown curse mythology in an unproductive way...
