There's a concerning amount of chatter pre-pay-per-view about some colossal stunt that'd see someone "fall off the side of WWE HQ". They wouldn't actually fall off, obviously, but it's slightly bothersome that WWE would even consider this. Yes, the simultaneous MITB matches will be more cinematic than standard ladder bouts, but they're not fully-fledged movie-style pieces.

Fans need some sort of reality to keep these grounded, as strange as that sounds.

Nobody should be tumbling off headquarters - it shouldn't even be implied. Wrestling fans roared with laughter when WCW tried to do something similar with The Giant at Halloween Havoc 1995, only for the future Big Show to stroll out like nothing had happened later in the broadcast. 25 years on, WWE would be going too far by expecting anyone to believe a human being could survive falling from a building that tall.

The MITB matches have enough scope for silliness without going too far. It'd be hella' weird, and in poor taste, for WWE to suggest that someone had died on pay-per-view in 2020. Avoid it, please.
