It's been said that El Grande Americano's trainers would hunt down anyone who dared to remove his mask. Hunt them down! Nobody wants that fate to befall somebody, just as nobody wants to see Americano flip his lid too early. That was a coffee joke. A terrible one, but please be kind. It's bean a long day of drumming up MITB nightmares.

Right, enough coffee banter. Promise.

Seriously, there's no real need to make Americano's unmasking a reality until some killer ‘Mask vs. Mask’ stipulation (at SummerSlam or whenever) comes along to make it mean something. Chad Gable’s luchador offshoot has been fabulous fun thus far, so WWE should let it continue without another panicky choice that gives Gable/Americano nothing to work with heading into the peak of the summer schedule. That, dear readers, would be quite the sucky outcome for our Chadwick.

Triple H must realise by now that Gable can work with anybody, and he makes magic no matter where he's placed on the card. Taking his lucha alter ego's mask simply to kill a minute or two at Money In The Bank would be tantamount to creative criminality from Hunter and crew. Yes, they're burned out and clearly struggling to fill episodes of television, but they shouldn't get in their own way here and make the job even harder.

Andrade or Penta ripping the hood from Gable too soon would completely destroy everything he's built up since donning the mask for a giggle. It can't happen. It won't happen. It...could theoretically happen? Argh!
