WWE: My WrestleMania 29 Experience

The iZod Centre

Once inside we realised they had opened up all entrances but we were fortunate enough to be only a couple of blocks from our seats. Having spent so much money on €˜Mania we decided it didn€™t really matter where we sat for RAW. Indeed we were fairly high but anyone who has attended a Wrestling event in a smaller arena will know there really aren€™t any bad seats. We were once again opposite the hard camera but looking down on the action. We noticed instantly that the atmosphere in the Izod was much better than €˜Mania due to the acoustics that carried all sounds all around the place even with a small smattering of people sat down. This was our first sign that the night might be something a bit special. The one thing I€™m sure many a WWE fan dreads is having a big ass handmade sign in front of them. Soon a couple along with their three small kids were sat in front of us and we noticed the dad carrying three rolled up signs. We looked at each other and sighed. Not only that but another of our fears reared its ugly head as the guy who ended up sitting next to my wife was a massive dude with a tray of the iZod€™s best snacks and confectionary stacked upon it. The guy was so big he overflowed onto my wife€™s seat. Luckily I married a hot petite lady so the invasion of space wasn€™t too bad. We just wondered why his smaller friend couldn€™t have sat next to her. As superstars started and we witnessed a superb tag match between the Uso€™s and Epico and Primo, the audience didn€™t seem at all interested and my original hopes this may be a great audience were slowly fading. It only took until Cena opened RAW to realise this was going to be an interesting night...
