WWE Night Of Champions 2015 - 5 Likeliest Outcomes For Seth Rollins
1. Rollins Retains WWE, Cena Wins US
Sometimes WWE throws curveballs into their storylines and sometimes they go safe. After SummerSlam's screwy and convoluted endings in their two biggest matches, I'm leaning towards a few of the more predictable endings this time.
As for the US Championship match, my bet's on John Cena. He lost his belt due to the outside interference from Jon Stewart last month. It's not wise to bet on Cena losing at big events like this, let alone two months in a row. Cena winning feels like the safest pick to make. Plus, he can resume his fantastic US Open Challenges on Raw when he regains that title.
If there is any chance of a screwy ending, it'll be during the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match. If Rollins loses the US title clean then he'll likely become desperate, resorting to those less than respectable methods for winning.
With a clean finish in the US title match, this one can spare a slight bit of nonsense. There wouldn't need to be any outside interference, just maybe an illegal use of a weapon when the ref's not looking would suffice. With weapon use, a segue into a rematch inside of Hell in a Cell in October would be a sensible and exciting followup.
