Normally, one would suspect that WWE was building towards Triple H vs. Cody Rhodes with that closing skit on Raw. 'The Game' has retired though, so probs not. There is definite tension there, however, and it's mixed with a nod of respect for how Cody is willing to gut it out despite carrying injuries.

He'll do that again at NOC.

The announcers will hark back to last year's Hell In A Cell pay-per-view when Rhodes tentatively makes his way to the ring for another round vs. Brock Lesnar. They'll reminisce about the torn pec, and how wrestling through the pain cost Cody time after HIAC. He'll do it anyway, because he's well hard.

Rhodes is a throwback kind of heroic babyface. He's the kind of hero who puts himself second, and wouldn't want to disappoint his adoring public by sh*tting out, kayfabe broken arm or not. There's no way WWE pulls this match last-minute.
