WWE No Longer Working With CFO$ On Entrance Themes?

Conflicting reports arise surrounding the WWE/CFO$ relationship.

The working relationship between WWE and entrance theme gurus CFO$ might have come to an end recently.

This is according to WrestleVotes, who tweeted the following yesterday:-

At surface level, this seems logical, as recent WWE entrance themes haven't felt like CFO$'s trademark catchy loops at all. Buddy Murphy and Elias have both strode out to general-as-hell new tracks on SmackDown lately, while The Fiend's new joint was composed primarily by metalcore noiseniks Code Orange, whose discordant fingerprints are all over the song.

Despite all this, the following tweet has planted seeds of doubt in the WrestleVotes report:-

For context, Arcade Songs is a publishing and production company owned by Greg Wattenberg - a Grammy-nominated songwriter and producer - and CFO$ works for them. On top of this, CFO$ still have WWE references in their social media bios and have been tweeting a lot about the company lately.

Comprised of Michael Conrad Lauri and John Paul Alicastro, CFO$ first started working with WWE in July 2012, and have since become the promotion's in-house entrance music team, composing tracks for everyone from Seth Rollins to AJ Styles. Here's hoping there's an official clarification on their status soon.
