WWE NXT Live Philadelphia: 11 Interesting Observations

5. A Scary Moment For Apollo Crews

Speaking of Samson, his match with Apollo Crews featured a scary moment late. As Crews attempted his standing moonsault finisher, Samson kicked him away, sending Crews crashing to the mat and onto the back of his head. It was through no fault of The Drifter, though. If anything, it looked like a spot in which Crews got too cute and tried an impressive bump but nearly injured himself significantly instead. Though he gave the referee the "all good," Crews was clearly a bit shaken up. After buying himself some time, he fought back into the match and put Samson away with a big powerbomb. Crews was wincing after the bell, still effected by the bump, but had some fun by grabbing hold of his opponent's guitar and playfully strumming it.
