WWE NXT Takeover: 7 Things We Learned

4. The NXT Crowd Likes Adam Rose More Than The WWE Crowd

Adam Rose wrestled a decent, albeit quick match against Camacho. The NXT crowd loves this guy and his strange antics judging by how many times they sang along with his entrance music, and it just goes to show you that a small crowd of dedicated fans does not represent the entire WWE Universe. The people who show up to NXT are either fans who love the business or people who got free admission, and that typically means a more rambunctious audience with a lot of enthusiasm. It's kind of like an ROH or TNA show. The fans that show up to those events are usually hardcore fans, which mean they really get into what is happening. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JVyFDc-1MoE The average WWE crowd is filled with a variety of people, from dedicated fans to casual fans to the parents who got dragged along just so their kid could watch their favorite Superstars duke it out. NXT has a different feel, and therefore they react differently to the matches in the ring. Adam Rose is a fan favorite in NXT, but the WWE audience has yet to really connect with the party animal. How the crowd responds to him in the coming weeks as e begins wrestling on the main roster will really affect how he is booked once his initial push winds down and WWE decides whether or not they want to use him to put others over or if they feel he is strong enough to carry a title.
