WWE has made the official announcement that the next NXT Takeover show will take place in London's Wembley Arena on Wednesday, December 16. The show will be broadcast live on the WWE Network, airing at 8:00 PM GMT, 3:00 PM EST, and 12:00 PM PST. No matches have been announced for the show - titled NXT Takeover: London - but the company has confirmed that NXT Champion Finn Balor, Samoa Joe, NXT Women's Champion Bayley, and recent main roster call-up Tyler Breeze will be competing. A championship match between Balor and Joe is expected to headline the event. The Wembley Arena - which last held WWE action on November 5, 2014 - will be the second major-sized venue the NXT brand has run. The first, Brooklyn's Barclays Center, hosted a sold-out crowd for August's NXT Takeover: Brooklyn. NXT Takeover: London will cap off a seven-show United Kingdom tour for the brand, which will first run in Newcastle, Glasgow, Sheffield, Blackpool, Nottingham, and Cardiff.
