WWE.comAlthough Austin Aries had already appeared on an NXT taping, as well as competing in a house show match in Pennsylvania, TakeOver: Dallas was the first time most WWE viewers were exposed to Aries' in-ring abilities. Aries is the latest addition to the growing list of stars who carved a career in Ring of Honor and TNA to debut in WWE over the past year. With the likes of AJ Styles and Samoa Joe flourishing on WWE programming, it may only be a matter of time until A Double is in the same ilk. For now, seeing Aries enter a WWE ring is a good start. The fans packed into the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center certainly gave The Greatest Man That Ever Lived a rousing welcome.
