WWE NXT's 31 Wrestlers - Ranked From Worst To Best
14. The Brian Kendrick
918970Pros:
1. Extensive main roster experience
2. Has worked for TNA and NJPW
3. Trained by Shawn Michaels
Cons:
1. Spent much of his main roster career on Velocity
2. Has only had a few appearances since joining NXT
3. Not likely to be called up to Raw
The Brian Kendrick is a talented wrestler with a career that looks great on paper but kind of wasn't. He was one of the longest-reigning tag champs ever along with Paul London, but they rarely defended and spent most of their time on "c" shows like Velocity. He was in a six-pack challenge for the WWE title and was interim champion, but lost the match and shortly thereafter left the company. He was X-Division champion, but only when its ranks were depleted of stalwarts like Styles and Sabin. He launched the WWE career of Ezekiel Jackson, but he floundered too.
Hopefully Kendrick can use his time in NXT to leverage his in-ring work and improve his legacy in the wrestling world. He deserves to be more than a "yes, but."
