There’s some great news for WWE’s on-air talent Alyse Ashton, aka Alyse Swick, as she’s taken to social media to confirm that she is now engaged to be married.

Ashton hit Instagram to showcase her now-fiancé Jeff Cecil proposing to her at Walt Disney World over the weekend.

Having formally signed with WWE back in October 2019, Alyse Ashton has mostly been seen as a backstage interview on the NXT and SmackDown brands and occasionally on PPV. She’s also the host of WWE Network’s This Week in WWE show.

As per her WWE.com profile, the real-life Alyse Swick is a former Miss New York who also served as an Emmy Award-winning traffic reporter and news anchor, in addition to also working as a host for the New York Islanders NHL team.

Congratulations to Alyse and Jeff from all of us here at WhatCulture Wrestling. Here's hoping that WWE opts against delivering any sort of elaborate on-screen wedding for this duo, for they historically always end in some form of disaster - from surprise snakes, to faces in cakes, to infidelities, and so much more.
