Confident, cocky and assured, Kevin Owens is a real MVP (not Montel Vontavious Porter) to WWE right now.

Not only is Owens a great talker, he's also utterly fantastic between the ropes. Even as a heel, fans can't help but cheer his performances because they're just so damn entertaining from start to finish.

Positioning him against Sami Zayn was the right move, because Zayn's infectious energy is equally as revered by the fans. This means Owens was more able to show off his villainous side, and people lapped it up.

There was a great dynamic to Owens vs. Zayn, and the match didn't disappoint.

Afterwards, Payback turned into a personal playground for KO. Running riot on announce duties during The Miz vs. Cesaro, he was the focal point of the entire show for around 45 minutes.

That wasn't without merit, Owens is someone WWE must know they can lean on to deliver the goods. He's at his best when he's out there for a while, and it's true that he only got better with each passing minute.
