WWE Planning HUGE WrestleMania 36 Card Shakeup?
John Cena, Goldberg, Roman Reigns, and Bray Wyatt could find themselves in new matches.
WWE Champion Brock Lesnar vs. Drew McIntyre may be the only match to be officially announced so far, but the WrestleMania 36 card is seemingly coming along nicely behind the scenes, with Becky Lynch vs. Shayna Baszler, Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley, and Roman Reigns vs. 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt all seemingly in the works.
The lineup could be set for a significant shakeup, however, with the mooted Reigns/Wyatt clash affected.
Per speculation from WrestleVotes (via Cageside Seats), WWE may be on the verge of rearranging their plans for Roman and Bray, with John Cena and Goldberg stepping into the mix.
While the Wyatt vs. Reigns Universal Title clash could still go down, the younger duo may end up going against the legends instead. This would mean 'The Fiend' facing Cena (who could be out to score his 17th World Title) and Goldberg vs. Reigns.
There's further smoke to the Goldberg fire in the form of a new report in this week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Dave Meltzer writes that while his Super ShowDown clash with Wyatt was originally intended to be a one-off, huge interest in his SmackDown appearance (which popped a quarter-hour viewership of 3 million) might change this, leading to WWE using the WCW icon more.
