WWE Raw: 10 Things You Might Have Missed (March 14th)
10. Too Many Title Matches
Raw opened with a WWE Tag Team Championship match as The New Day (Big E and Xavier Woods) defended the titles against The League of Nations (Rusev and Alberto Del Rio). Though Sheamus and Wade Barrett got involved, Kofi Kingston was able to fight them off and in the end, Woods rolled Rusev up for the pin. Given The New Day's schedule as of late, they've earned some time off. This marked the team's third successful defense in the past week, as they beat Sheamus and Barrett at Roadblock and Chris Jericho and AJ Styles on last Monday's Raw. It hardly seems fair given that Triple H won the WWE Championship on January 24 and only made his first title defense two days ago. After the match, The League of Nations attacked The New Day, so there'll be no rest for the weary. Expect The League of Nations to get another title shot at WrestleMania.
