2. WWE Divas Champion Paige Makes Her First Defence
Hot off her debut win last week against AJ Lee for the Divas Championship, the newly crowned title holder Paige made her reigning champion debut this week on RAW in a match (questionably) against Alicia Foxx, a Diva we rarely see in singles competition. The resulting match was awkward and clumsy and slow, but it ended with Paige getting the submission win with her very impressive, albeit slightly altered, version of the Scorpion Cross Lock. http://youtu.be/Tjv5YwGaYYM A nice start for our new head Diva, with AJ Lee nowhere to be found this week. Maybe she is taking some time off to spend with her still MIA main squeeze CM Punk, but it would have been nice to see her confront Paige this week over her fluke loss of the title last week. Maybe WWE is quickly moving on, for now, from AJ; but let's hope not - she and Paige could possibly be the next Trish and Lita!
