WWE RAW Review 7/15/2013: 5 Things We Learned

WWE-Raw-logo And so the post-Money In The Bank RAW broadcast is in the books, and we roll on towards SummerSlam. Last night's RAW program inundated us with a lot of new information and developments; here are 5 things we learned:

5. CM Punk & Paul Heyman Deliver The Best Segment Of Their WWE Careers

CM Punk And so the fallout from Heyman's heel turn on CM Punk snowballed forward last night, with a promo vs. promo confrontation on the RAW program that, in the end, was absolutely second-to-none for both men. Heyman laid out the logic behind his turn on Punk, and then proceeded to unleash The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar on Punk, who came to the ring and attempted to lay waste to Punk in and out of the ring. Punk did his best to appear as the face who will not go down without a fight, and Lesnar again came across looking like a monster. A fantastic segment of television for all 3 men, and I, for one, couldn't be more excited about the next step in this feud and how it evolves and ultimately comes to a head at SummerSlam in August. Heyman and Punk are putting together one of the most memorable, and ultimately legendary, runs for a Manager and Wrestler that this sport has ever seen, going back nearly 3 years now.
