WWE Releases Sami Zayn Shirt From This Week's WWE SmackDown

Sami Zayn's hilarious new shirt is now available to purchase on the WWE Shop website.

On this week's episode of Friday Night SmackDown on FOX, Big E and Apollo Crews poked fun at the Intercontinental Champion after he complained about not having a shirt backstage. The pair then presented Zayn with a plain white item of clothing, with a poorly drawn version of Zayn - equipped with terrible beard - front-and-centre and "I AM SAMI ZAYN" scribbled underneath.

Zayn then attempted to tear the shirt to shreds, though he wasn't quite able to pull off the feat.

Clearly sensing there was money to be made in this rib, WWE have now released a version of the shirt on their online shop. This means, you too can now proudly declare that you are Sami Zayn whilst boasting a painfully bad portrait of the current IC Champ.

Over the moon about this recent development, Zayn took to Twitter, stating:

“I like how Big E & Apollo Crews tried to mock me last night and instead it resulted in me getting the greatest merch shirt in @WWE history.”

Do we now have a late contender for the best wrestling shirt of 2020? You bet your ass we do. It's about damn time the "Great Liberator" received the merch and respect he's long overdue!
