WWE Royal Rumble 2014: 10 Questions & Answers

10. Who Will Leave Royal Rumble As WWE World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton or John Cena?

Since Orton is the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion (or WWEWHC for short) it's likely that he'll hold onto the championship just because he just won it at TLC last month and it would hurt him if he lost it so soon. Whenever John Cena is in a major title match he's always a favorite to win just because of who he is. He's won far more major title matches than he's lost, so of course a large percentage of the audience thinks he's going to win. That adds some intrigue to the match because the average fan is not going to believe that Cena could lose again. There's another wrinkle that has been thrown in and that involves Brock Lesnar. Since Lesnar has declared himself the #1 contender following this match, does that mean he'll really get a WWE Title shot? If so then a Cena win makes more sense since he's the babyface while Lesnar is a heel. Of course they could also have a disputed finish leading to a three way match too. There are a few options. At this point, we don't really know where either man is headed for WrestleMania. There are rumors that it could be Orton vs. Batista for the WWE Title, which could be set after the Rumble PPV is over. What about Cena? We don't really know. They could set it up by having his opponent cost him this match with Orton. Perhaps it's somebody random like Bray Wyatt, to set up a new feud with them. My expectation is that Orton leaves as WWE WHC. Will it be clean? I doubt it.
