When Brock Lesnar returned to Raw this past week and F-5'd Roman Reigns, it was an obvious statement of intent heading into the Royal Rumble. The two men clashing in the match is now a given. The bigger question is, will it just be a one night only clash, or is it foreshadowing WrestleMania? It all really depends on what route WWE want to go down - Triple H or Brock Lesnar as Reigns' Mania opponent? Both have good cases to be in that spot, it's just a case of which creative direction the company want to go in. Either way, there's a good chance that Reigns overcomes the odds and retains his title in the Rumble. It would be the ultimate way for WWE to get the new babyface franchise star over. Dumping Lesnar over the top rope right at the death would be like redemption after what happened at WrestleMania 31.
