WWE Royal Rumble 2017: Predicting All 30 Entrants

27. Finn Balor

Finn Balor's main roster tale makes for one of 2016's most depressing wrestling stories. The 16-year veteran became a world champion after less than a month on the main roster, but a nasty shoulder injury forced him to relinquish the belt the very next night. Finn's reign was over, and the demon make-up would go untouched for four-to-six months.

The Rumble feels like an ideal point for his return. Balor's surgery was a complete success, and he partook in a brief physical spot at ICW's Fear & Loathing PPV last month. If he's ready in time, WWE will most likely throw him straight into the match, and he'd make a tremendous surprise entrant.

Odds of Winning: Favourable.
