7. THAT Last Man Standing Match

The Last Man Standing match is either reserved for the most bitter of rivalries or the most epic of championship showdowns. At the Royal Rumble, it was reserved both as sworn enemies Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens did battle for the Universal Championship in a Last Man Standing match so bonkers it had the world talking throughout the whole thing.

Owens and Reigns threw everything they had at each other, and while they were at it, they threw bits of the building as well. And fans couldn't help but appreciate just how balls-to-the-wall this arena-spanning affair was and one of the biggest talking-points was how well it utilised the Thunderdome environment.

Fans enjoyed the Last Man Standing Match so much that some even suggested it might be the best match the stipulation has ever seen.
