It remains to be seen just how vital a cog in the Vision's machine Austin Theory will be now he's shaved his head and gone all serious. Memories of his jocular nonsense with Grayson Waller have faded, and Theory feels much more menacing as part of Paul Heyman's crew.

The Rumble represents a wonderful opportunity for Austin to hammer home his importance to the Triple H era in WWE. He hasn't really received many chances to do that since Vince McMahon vanished from creative relevance, so the former Evolve standout will appreciate some spotlight to show his wares.

Realistically, he'll link up with some of his stablemates in the match (maybe saving Logan Paul a time or 2), then get tossed out by someone like Roman Reigns deeper into the bout. It's all good. Theory can work with that. It's better than what WWE had him doing before!
