4. Razor Ramon vs. The Kid (Monday Night Raw May 17th, 1993)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obwnbKlbysM Professional wrestling has given us many upsets over the years. The plucky underdog beating the odds has always been a great story, from Rocky to the WWE's current little engine that could, Daniel Bryan. But out of them all, this one may be the most famous. Sean Waltman debuted in WWE as a jobber known as The Kamikaze Kid, who in turn became The Cannonball Kid before becoming simply The Kid. With his baby face and small frame he looked to be no match for the monsters of WWE rings. There wasn't a fan in the arena or at home who though Kid had a chance against Razor. After taking abuse for the entirety of the match, Kid steals the pin with a moonsault off the top onto a standing Hall. For a guy who had a reputation as politically difficult backstage, this is one of several examples of Hall being willing to do the job for someone much lower on the card than he was. While the match itself is barely more than 2 minutes long, it MADE Waltman in the WWE. It's hard to imagine there would have been too many guys in the company who would have been willing to lay down for Kid, and he has Hall to thank.
