During one of the very first episodes of the Talking Smack show on the WWE Network, The Miz tore into Daniel Bryan for the SmackDown GM's claims that the then-WWE Intercontinental Champion was a phoney wrestler. Since then, there has been beef between the wrestler and authority figure each Tuesday.

A guest on Miz TV this week, Bryan once again entered into an argument with The Miz and outright said that he wasn't good at wrestling. It's unclear where WWE are hoping to go with this, unless they're willing to clear Bryan to wrestle then each passing segment between Miz and he becomes more pointless than the last.

It cannot be denied that interactions between both men have been exciting, they really have. Complete opposites in terms of how they approach the wrestling industry, The Miz vs. Daniel Bryan could feasibly be a hot rivalry. The problem is, Bryan is supposed to be the unbiased General Manager of SmackDown nowadays, not someone who calls out active wrestlers.

This week, Miz backed off from Bryan when it really should have been the other way around.
