6. SmackDown Showing Raw Highlights Makes It Feel Small Time

It's fair to say that Bill Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar is the focal point of Survivor Series. Partly acting as a vehicle to push the WWE 2K17 video game, the marquee bout is nonetheless intriguing. There's just one small problem: it has literally nothing to do with SmackDown Live.

Lesnar is a Raw star, whereas Goldberg will only be in the company for a short while. It's understandable that WWE would want to hype up the match as much as possible, but they shouldn't really use SmackDown as a platform to do so. Unfortunately, the Tuesday night show featured highlights from Monday Night Raw.

Before the WWE Draft, this was a regular occurrence. Now, it just makes SmackDown look small time next to the Monday night program. Only once since the brand extension have SmackDown highlights been shown on Raw, and that was a special case due to the inter-promotional nature of Brock Lesnar vs. Randy Orton at SummerSlam.
