WWE SmackDown Spoilers 20/2/12 - Sheamus Heads Into WrestleMania 28 Looking Strong

Results from last night's WWE SmackDown tapings in Newark, New Jersey. This show will air this Friday night on SyFy (US) and Sky Sports (UK). Dark Match: Jinder Mahal defeated Alex Riley SmackDown Results; World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan and AJ Lee open up the show. Bryan has huge heat as he tells AJ to explain why she loves him. Sheamus comes out to interrupt the segment and declares that he will win the title at WrestleMania 28. 1) Mark Henry squashed R-Truth (we have no more reports on this but if this is truly a burial of Truth without any interference, we wonder what rule he has broken this time). Yokozuna is announced for the WWE Hall of Fame. Teddy Long announces that The Great Khali and Zack Ryder have joined Team Long at WWE WrestleMania 28 for the match against Team Laurinaitis. 2) AJ Lee defeated Brie Bella after some distraction from Daniel Bryan. 3) Zack Ryder defeated Jack Swagger. Cody Rhodes is shown on video delivering a message from earlier today. He is guaranteeing a victory over Big Show at WrestleMania 28. 4) Big Show defeated Kane by DQ after Cody Rhodes interfered. After Big Show chased Cody through the crowd, Randy Orton slid into the ring to RKO Kane. Backstage segment with Eve Torres and Zack Ryder airs. 5) Dolph Ziggler vs The Great Khali goes to a no-contest. John Laurinaitis called for the bell early when Ziggler had the sleeper hold on Khali. Long ordered for the match to start again and then counts out Ziggler when he wouldn't get in the ring. Santino Marella and Kofi Kingston who were at ring side with Long toss Ziggler back in the ring where Khali lays him out with a big chop. Christian was at ringside during commentary. 6) CM Punk & Sheamus defeated Daniel Bryan & The Miz when Sheamus hit the Brogue Kick on The Miz.
