Smackdown was taped on Tuesday in Moline, Illinois. The show opened with Seth Rollins and Kane continuing to argue. Kane made it Rollins versus Dean Ambrose in the main event. Roman Reigns then came out and challenged Kane to a match. The match started and went to a count out after Kane walked out on it. Damien Sandow defeated Curtis Axel in the second match of the evening. Next up was Ryback and Luke Harper, which Ryback won. Bray Wyatt then came out and beat him down, leaving him on the mat via the Sister Abigail. Tyson Kidd and Cesaro defeated The New Day by disqualification, after Xavier Woods interfered when the Cesaro Swing was taking place. Nikki Bella beat Cameron in the typically lifeless diva contest of the evening. Seth Rollins beat Dean Ambrose in the main event, using his new finisher to take the win. The Authority heels all then worked over Ambrose until Roman Reigns ran in for the save. It is a typical run of the mill Smackdown. But with Kidd, Cesaro, Rollins, Ambrose and Reigns, there's definitely enough there to make it worth watching. Rollins was also notable for getting cheered, as this his local hometown.
