WWE SummerSlam 2014: 10 Cameos We Most Want To See

6. Ric Flair

WWE.comWWE.comHe€™s passed the tests and he€™s ready to go so, in true WWE style, they have nothing for him. Pairing him with Miz would be disappointing at best. Miz needs to find his own way back to the top and a €˜stylin€™, profilin€™, limousine riding€™ match up might make sense with the Miz€™s current Hollywood gimmick but would be a waste for Flair. A return at SummerSlam, the party of the summer, would fit with the great man as, if anyone likes a party, it€™s him. He could be a guest of The Authority before, maybe, the next night on RAW, he€™s made General Manager. He works best as a heel and would also be a good match-up with a cocky Paul Heyman. Bringing Ric back at a huge PPV would obviously be a cameo but also a big return for a legend. He could also drop into a long-running programme with Cena. Win or lose at SummerSlam, Ric could do everything possible to derail John€™s attempts to surpass his 16 World Title Wins. The WWE website recognises the 16 titles so, with John on 15, Flair could do everything possible as GM to stop his record going. It would give Cena someone fresh to interact with and would also mean he maybe has to start at the bottom again meaning some fresh feuds with Rusev, Rollins and even Swagger before climbing back on top of the mountain.
