WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week

7. $9.9...Shut Up!!

Screw you WWE, I just looked at my bank statement. I paid $10.59 for your Network last month, not $9.99! It€™s time to change your stupid slogan. More importantly, who in WWE finds it hilarious to have one character after the next, after the next say €œ$9.99?€ Because I tell you what, it€™s not funny. At all. It€™s the opposite of funny, which in this case is the feeling known as annoying! It started with HHH shoving it down our throat, and then for some reason the babyfaces joined in on the opposite of fun, which in this case is not fun. On Raw this week, Chris Jericho tried to be cute with his $9.99 plug, and then John Cena went for it on Raw and SmackDown as well. Why would he do that? Is he an idiot? After all, from a storyline standpoint, the more people that buy The Network, the more money that€™s given to The Authority which means the more wrestlers they hire to beat up Cena. Unless in the storyline Hunter is still giving Cena royalties. But then that just doesn€™t make any sense either. Actually, being a heel owner and paying your top guy millions of dollars is absurd. Maybe they should just stop that first, and then stop asking fans to pay a monthly subscription.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
