WWE WrestleMania 30: 10 Best Gimmick Matches For The Undertaker

6. First Blood

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZpqo_ooOrA WWE has banned blood from our screens for years now. It serves to keep the product friendly to sponsors and corporate dealings. But the blood ban serves another purpose €“ when a wrestler is finally allowed to bleed again, it's going to be a huge moment. It will have meaning. Think back to when CM Punk hit John Cena with a piledriver earlier in 2013. It was a genuinely shocking moment. Less is more, and by doing a rarely done spot once every few years the WWE can guarantee a huge "moment." WWE should look to exploit the taboo on blood by booking a first blood match at Wrestlemania 30. They could get away with it by putting the first blood match on after 10pm, and with this being PPV they should be able to get away with it outside of network policies. It would be a great sell too €“ many younger fans will have never heard of a first blood match. Older fans will buy into the return of the gory glory days to wrestling rings. It would be a hugely anticipated match and provide a stunning visual at the end of the night with Taker perhaps standing over his bloody victim. It has to be noted as well, Lesnar is a fantastic bleeder. He cuts well and his juice jobs have always provided dramatic moments and stunning sights. Taker vs Lesnar in a first blood match would be unforgettable. Knowing Lesnar, the ring would end up painted red.
